We begin with a short prayer then begin 25 minutes of silence and stillness, for Centering Prayer or meditation. At the end of the period we remain in silence for a few moments. We then read excerpts from Sundays Word of the Week in Lectio Divina style, reading 3 times, with time in between for reflection. Then our third moment of prayer is for community sharing and holy listening. We conclude with a prayer.
